YourGPTYourGPT
Self-learning agents that close up to 90% of repeats
YourGPT is an AI agent platform you put on web chat, WhatsApp, email and the rest of the messaging stack, trained on your site and docs. In production it publishes up to 90% resolution on repeated queries, and it is built to keep learning: when a human takes over, the reply, the miss and the correction feed the next run (Smart Learning, RLHF, unresolved-query retraining). On Professional and above it can call tools (refund an order, open a ticket, write to the CRM) instead of stopping at a help article. You pay a monthly plan with a credit pool, not a fee every time it succeeds.
[ 01 ] The verdict
Buy this when you want an agent that already closes volume (vendor-reported, up to 90% on repeats), then tightens itself from your inbox, on a bill you can put in a spreadsheet. It is not a Zendesk or Intercom replacement: routing, SLAs and shift tools are thin, and the $39 Essential plan cannot run Studio, functions or the API.
Best for
Startup and mid-market teams who need WhatsApp and web chat, want the agent to write back to Shopify or Zendesk, will keep the help content current, will let it learn from handoffs, and need Studio, custom functions or an in-product copilot rather than a fixed support widget.
Watch out
Credits follow the model, not the message. A frontier-model reply burns far more than a small one. Cap spend in week one, and do not evaluate the product on Essential. That tier is a widget. Self-learning still needs someone to review unresolved queries and conflicting docs.
Strengths
- Up to 90% resolution on repeated queries (vendor-reported), which is the number this category is actually bought on
- Self-learning from team replies, unresolved queries and Smart Learning, so the same miss does not reopen
- A monthly plan, not a per-resolution meter, so a traffic spike does not rewrite the invoice
- Studio, JS/Python functions, Copilot SDK, widget CSS and white-label: you shape the agent instead of living inside a fixed framework
- On Professional, the agent can call APIs and tools rather than only cite articles
- WhatsApp, email, Slack and web chat share one thread, including after a human takes over
Trade-offs
- Credit use is hard to forecast until you know which model each flow hits
- Inbox and handoff only, not shift scheduling, deep SLAs or a real system of record
- Cloud only; no self-hosted or data-residency path
- Fewer native integrations than Intercom or Zendesk; the rest is Zapier, Make, MCP or your own API
[ 02 ] What it actually does
What YourGPT actually ships.
Agent builder
Point it at a site, help centre, Notion workspace or a pile of files. On that corpus it publishes up to 90% resolution on the repeated questions the docs actually cover. A widget or a channel connector ships without an engineering ticket.
Self-learning
Handoff replies become training. Unresolved queries are surfaced and retrained. Smart Learning (RLHF plus a human revise) closes gaps without a weekly prompt rewrite. Conflicting sources get flagged instead of guessed.
AI Studio
On Professional and above: visual API calls, custom JavaScript or Python, multi-step flows, widget CSS and white-label on your domain. Wire Zendesk, Salesforce, Shopify or your own API.
Shared inbox
Web chat, WhatsApp, email, SMS, Slack and the rest share history. When a human takes over, they get the thread, not a summary, and that reply can feed the next run.
Copilot SDK
Open-source SDK for an agent inside your product, with access to the current session, rather than a chat bubble that knows nothing about the screen.
